Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work synergistically with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic, well-rounded patient care

Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance for patients and their loved ones on therapy techniques that encourage continued progress at home

Track Progress and Adjust Treatments: Continuously monitor treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure patient success

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Support for ongoing education and professional certifications encouraged

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required

A genuine passion for patient care with a commitment to helping others achieve their maximum level of independence
