Responsibilities As an Automotive Technician/Auto Mechanic, you will: Arrive ready to take excellent care of our customers and uphold our standards of competence and integrity to keep vehicles running smoothly. Utilize provided training to identify mechanical problems and provide preventative maintenance. Address customer concerns and communicate recommendations for repairs along with proper labor and time estimates. Perform repairs and replace parts as requested, maintaining a positive attitude and staying current with the latest knowledge and training. Qualifications At least 18 years old Valid driver’s license Physical ability to perform typical tasks required for repairing and servicing vehicles, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions No experience? Don’t worry. We will teach you everything you need to know. Any previous experience is a plus. If you have excellent mechanical skills, problem-solving drive, the ability to work independently and in a team, and exceptional customer service skills, you may be perfect for this part-time or full-time position. Work Schedule Our Lube Techs work anywhere from 15-40 hours per week, depending on part-time or full-time status. The typical schedule varies during business hours with a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts—no late nights. We are open 8am to 7pm Monday-Saturday and 9am to 4pm on Sunday.
