About The Role We’re looking for a strategic, metrics‑driven Contract Technical Recruiter to help accelerate hiring for our Engineering organization in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. This person will be highly focused on proactive sourcing, engaging passive technical talent, and building strong pipelines across a range of technical roles. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and thrives in ambiguity while delivering a high‑quality candidate experience and strong hiring outcomes. What You’ll Do Drive sourcing and pipeline generation for technical roles across Engineering, with a strong focus on identifying, engaging, and nurturing passive talent. Develop creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, talent communities, events, and other channels to attract high‑quality technical candidates. Conduct recruiter screens and manage candidates throughout the interview process while delivering a strong candidate experience through proactive communication and relationship building. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate talent profiles, share market insights, and adjust sourcing strategies as hiring needs evolve. Track pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and recruiting metrics to improve outreach strategies, conversion rates, and overall hiring outcomes. Continuously improve sourcing workflows and operational efficiency using tools like Ashby, Pin, and Claude. What You’ll Bring 6+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience with at least 4+ years focused on technical recruiting. Experience leveraging AI tools and modern recruiting technology to improve efficiency and scale. A proven track record of hiring high‑performing technical talent in fast‑paced or high‑growth environments. Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills across competitive technical markets. Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions through data and market insights. An “always learning” mentality with a passion for improving recruiting operations and candidate experience.
