Building Engineer

Building Technician Responsibilities Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, laundry equipment, and pool systems Complete preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public areas Respond to work orders and use Quore daily Maintain hotel grounds and building exterior Keep maintenance shop clean, organized, and secure Assist guests and team members professionally and courteously Report safety hazards or emergencies to management Support hotel security and follow all policies and procedures Qualifications Mechanical/maintenance experience preferred Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong problem‑solving and customer service skills Able to lift 60 lbs, climb ladders up to 30 ft, and work indoors/outdoors Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented Working Conditions Physical labor, standing/walking most of shift Exposure to weather, noise, heights, and mechanical equipment Benefits Competitive pay Hilton travel discounts Full‑time benefits package Growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
