Back to You Osteopractic Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation is looking for an energetic Part-time Licensed Massage Therapist who will provide and maintain the highest standard treatments to our patients. Osteopractic treatment is designed to provide a holistic and evidence-based care path to patients with acute and chronic pain, disabilities, and illnesses that impact their quality of life. Your role in our team:

- Perform physical examinations and assessments of patients to determine their specific needs and preferences for massage therapy
- Administer various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and acute pain management, to provide relief and relaxation to patients
- Utilize knowledge of physiology and medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and address their concerns or questions
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals set by physician.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide exceptional patient service by creating a comfortable and welcoming environment The successful candidate must have the following attributes:

• Excellent communication skills

• Self motivated

• Responsible, dependable, high personal standards and values excellent client care, guest service and attention to detail

• Previous experience working within a professional or high standard spa environment

• Able to work in a team environment

• Licensed Massage Therapist/ Active Michigan License required

• Cross trained in multiple services including Medical massage, myofascial release, Swedish Massage, sports massage, and Deep tissue qualifications highly preferred

Compensation: $40.00 per hour
