Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position on night shift, requiring a VA or compact RN license and AWHONN fetal monitoring certification.

Details

• Hospital-based Labor & Delivery unit
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Requirements

• Active VA or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Intermediate or Advanced AWHONN fetal monitoring certification required (NCC EFM also accepted)
• Current NRP Advanced 9th Edition certification required
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (Canadian SSNs not accepted)
• One professional reference required (two references required for Florida or Missouri assignments)

Additional Information

• Provide skilled nursing care to laboring and delivering patients within a Women's Services department
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
• First-time travelers may be considered
