Role Description This is an on-site, full-time position located in Detroit, MI, for a Fundraiser. The Fundraiser will be responsible for planning and executing fundraising campaigns, cultivating relationships with donors, identifying potential funding opportunities, and maintaining donor databases. They will collaborate with leadership to create outreach strategies, draft compelling grant proposals, and ensure fund distribution aligns with organizational priorities. Regular engagement with stakeholders, event coordination, and progress reporting will also be key aspects of the role. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain donor relationships Experience in fundraising, grant writing, and developing fundraising strategies Organizational and project management skills for planning and executing campaigns and events Proficiency in database management, research, and data analysis Familiarity with marketing and promotional tools to enhance donor outreach Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic environments Passion for supporting community-oriented goals and initiatives Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Marketing, or Nonprofit Management is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Fund A Mental Capital
