The Opportunity: The Safety & Security Clerk will report directly to the Director of Safety & Security and will have the following key responsibilities: Usage of Safety & Security computer programs: Genetec, S2 NetBox, Aspen, and Badge Perform CRLS campus check-ins by screening, confirming appointments, ensuring identity and issuing visitor tags to all visitors Efficiently, courteously and professionally assist any persons needing assistance or district information Answer phones and forward calls and messages to appropriate parties as necessary Dispatch all calls for service to the Safety Specialists via two-way radios. Consistently monitor two-way radio activity Monitor, retrieve and respond to all Safety & Security emails. Type reports as needed Process and scan incident, suspension, and investigative reports When needed, ascertain incident/accident information and dispatch Safety Specialists for support Process requisitions Enter and retrieve student data into student information systems. Record and maintain confidential information Provide IDs and access for district staff and students Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Associate degree preferred or a high school diploma Two years of job related experience Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Google Workspace Familiarity with Aspen database system and Genetec is desirable Ability to work independently and collaboratively with school-wide personnel Must have multi-tasking and prioritization abilities Secondary school experience is preferred Must be reliable, dependable and be able to work in a team environment Maintain composure in stressful situations Accurately obtain vital information How to Join Our Team: Apply online at .
