Your Role as a Lead/Master Teacher We are looking for enthusiastic educators who can lead classrooms, inspire curiosity, and build strong partnerships with parents. Your primary focus will be creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive, planning engaging activities across developmental domains, and ensuring the safety and well‑being of every child. Requirements You might be the perfect fit if you: Are at least 18 years old, can pass a background check, hold a high school diploma or GED, and complete 12 hours of childcare training within 30 days of employment. Education in early childhood and experience in a licensed center are a plus. Have genuine empathy and a deep understanding of children’s needs and development. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs. Can meet the physical demands of working with children.
