The HR Generalist plays a vital role within a centralized HR team, directly reporting to the HR Manager. This position balances strategic and operational responsibilities with a primary focus on employee engagement programs and managing key administrative HR tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes
- Implement and uphold HR policies
- Support performance management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Organize and coordinate training programs
- Administer employee benefits
- Maintain accurate HR records
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in human resources
- Strong background in employee relations and HR policies
- Experience with performance management and conflict resolution
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
