Contact leads through outbound telephone calls, inbound telephone calls, office visits and other customer interactions. Generate accurate quote information that encourages bundling. Maintain expected daily quote volume. Identify assets and assess risks for potential customers. Educate customers and prospects on available options for their insurance needs. Design and customize appropriate insurance proposals tailored to the customer's needs. Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe. Track and record all assigned tasks in an applicant tracking system. Participate in marketing and lead generation activities such as events, community outreach, purchased leads and other lead generation activities. Requirements 1-2 Years Prior Sales Experience is a plus A Property & Casualty insurance license is required oe willingnes to obtain within 30 days of employment. A Life, Health and Accident Insurance license is required prefered Complete all assigned training. Establish and develop customer relationships through effective interpersonal communication skills.
