Job Summary

The Warehouse Loader is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by accurately loading delivery trucks, maintaining inventory quality, repackaging products, and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to inventory rotation procedures, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Load delivery trucks accurately according to assigned routes and order requirements.
• Select designated products and quantities for shipment.
• Verify truck loads for accuracy before dispatch.
• Rotate inventory on trucks and within the warehouse using First In, First Out (FIFO) practices and product expiration dates.
• Clean and repackage products according to established warehouse standards.
• Dispose of damaged or expired products after receiving proper authorization.
• Maintain accurate inventory through proper product handling and organization.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized by disposing of trash, sweeping floors, and operating floor cleaning equipment as needed.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Previous warehouse, loading, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience loading trucks and preparing orders for delivery preferred.
• Ability to accurately select, stage, and load products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move products throughout the workday.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
