Description Follow recipes for smoothies and juices Operate juicers and blenders Prep produce for future use Build custom and standard fresh sandwiches & bowls Serve food from counter Keep food preparation area stock levels full and organized Receive orders of product and stock in proper area in a timely manner Maintain a clean work area in accordance with health department Greet and interact with customers in a polite manner Operate a point of sale system, taking orders from customers Maintain composure during busy hours Handle knives and equipment in a safe and responsible manner Pay includes daily cash tips Spanish speakers encouraged! Friendly, Team players encouraged! Requirements 2 – 3+ years in restaurant, customer service, or hospitality. Must have knowledge of basic cooking techniques and equipment. Must have a desire to continually learn about changing food trends and food culture. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be professional, energetic, a team player, self‑motivated, and able to motivate others. Must possess strong safety awareness. Communicate and interact effectively and appropriately with all customers, co‑workers and management. Ability to trouble‑shoot problems and present solutions for a variety of situations.
