Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Demonstrate expert knowledge of our vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing. Conduct test drives and provide thorough explanations of vehicle features, operation, and benefits. Achieve and exceed personal and dealership sales targets on a monthly basis. Utilize dealership CRM systems to log customer interactions and track the sales process from start to finish. Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and promotional events to better serve clients. Collaborate with finance teams to assist customers with vehicle financing and leasing options. Uphold high ethical standards and adhere to all dealership policies and regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as a salesperson in an automotive dealership or a similar sales environment. Strong track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain long‑term customer relationships. In-depth knowledge of automotive sales, financing, and leasing processes. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales‑related technology. Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
