Manufacturing Technician I

Job TitleManufacturing quality products effectively, accurately, safely, and timely, meeting applicable standards and requirements set forth through the Company and International Organization of Standardization (ISO 9000/9001/9004).Primary Duties & ResponsibilityIndependently assembles gas processing equipment and analyzes errors in design and production.Performs in-process and final testing on products; routine equipment maintenance and limited troubleshooting as needed.Prep, cut, grind, sandblast, prime and paint material.Piping and threading pipe.Operates Forklifts.Helps maintain cleanliness of the shop.Ensure full compliance with company policy and/or, but not limited to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations as related to job function.Must consistently demonstrate the ability to independently produce positive business outcomes aligned with organizational strategic initiatives and goals to include ISO standards.Must perform job in a safe manner and ensure a safe workplace; including reporting unsafe work conditions and safety violations.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsAbility to communicate and respond to questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner; multi-task and remain detailed and organized; always maintain confidentiality.Consistently demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, task-level judgments/decisions, and a creative approach for generating innovative ideas with the principles of continuous improvement.Ability to follow specific instructions and adhere to safety guidelines; conduct safety and work task plans; recognize and correct job site hazards.Required: State issued Driver's License as required to drive on company business.Education, License, and CertificationHigh school diploma or GED required, Associate Degree and/or technical training preferred; OSHA and Safety certifications required; ISO 9000/9001/9904 experience and working knowledge preferred. Experience may be substituted for education requirements on a 1:1 basis.
