Classic Cabinets is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Cabinet Designer & Sales Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will guide clients through the entire cabinetry process—from the initial consultation and space planning to design, product selection, pricing, ordering, and installation. You will work directly with homeowners, builders, contractors, and other industry professionals to create beautiful, functional cabinetry solutions that meet each client's needs, style, and budget.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience using cabinet design software such as 2020 Design, KCD, or Chief Architect.
• Previous experience in kitchen and bath design, cabinet sales, custom cabinetry, or residential remodeling
• Strong knowledge of cabinet construction, materials, hardware, finishes, and accessories.
• Understanding of residential construction and remodeling practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with measurements, geometry, and basic math.
• Ability to read and understand plans and drawings.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Comfortable working independently while also being a team player.
• Professional, dependable, and motivated attitude.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Meet the clients to understand their needs, style, and budget.
• Jobsite field measurements.
• Create beautiful and functional kitchen & bath designs.
• Develop cabinet layouts and detailed design plans.
• Assist clients with cabinet, countertop, hardware, and accessory selections.
• Prepare estimates and proposals.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and installers.
• Manage projects from the initial concept through ordering and installation
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through DREAM → DESIGN → CREATE
