Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PACU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
• Monitor patients’ recovery from anesthesia and address any complications.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments effectively.
• Coordinate with surgical and anesthesia teams for optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during the postoperative phase.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California required.
• At least 2 years recent PACU nursing experience preferred.
• Pediatric recovery room experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Completion of a background check and provision of references from previous supervisory roles.
