The Hairstylist will consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable cuts, color, and styling options. Daily tasks include performing haircuts, coloring, treatments, and styling services, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workstation and adhering to safety and sanitation standards. The Hairstylist will build lasting client relationships through attentive customer service, clear communication, and product recommendations that support healthy hair care. The role also involves working collaboratively with other team members, managing appointment schedules, and contributing to a positive salon atmosphere.QualificationsStrong Hair Styling and Hair Care skills to deliver high-quality, personalized services.Formal training or licensure in Cosmetology, with knowledge of current trends and techniques.Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive client experience.Clear and professional Communication skills to conduct consultations and provide product and style recommendations.Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage time and appointments effectively.Willingness to follow salon hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks safely.Prior salon experience and familiarity with booking systems and retail product sales are beneficial.
