Professional and welcoming demeanor when greeting guests in person and over the phone.

Competence in handling cash, credit cards, and point-of-sale systems.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.

Prior experience in a front-desk or customer service capacity is helpful.

Strong organizational habits to keep the administrative area running smoothly.

Serve as the friendly first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors or calls the dealership.

Manage incoming calls and route them to the right team members promptly.

Process service and sales payments accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer requests are handled with care.

Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area that reflects the high standards of our dealership.

Assist with light clerical tasks to support the overall efficiency of the front office.
