Job Description Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day‑to‑day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. The role focuses on leading direct reports and achieving daily operational goals within the assigned functional area. Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees. Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling. Health and safety management. Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production – advanced required. Qualifications High school diploma or GED – required. Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or supply chain – preferred. Two (2) or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field – required. One (1) or more year of direct supervisory/leadership experience – required. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) – advanced required. Logistics industry knowledge – advanced required. Compensation Information Pay Type: Salaried Minimum Pay Range: $60K Maximum Pay Range: $70K The compensation offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, work location, market data, internal equity, and more. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
