Overview $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available For Full-Time Positions Full-Time: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM Area of Interest: Nursing Salary Range: $32.73-$49.09/HR* Sign On Bonus: $10,000 FTE/Hours per pay period: 0.9 Department: SICU- RI Shift: Varied Job ID: 186297 Overview Shifts Available: Full-Time: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM Night Shift Weekend Package Available Join our ICU critical care team with opportunities in Bettendorf and Rock Island, caring for high-acuity patients while working with advanced technology and a collaborative team. Intensive Care – Bettendorf A 10-bed ICU caring for critically ill medical and surgical patients. Nurses manage balloon pumps, CRRT, and vasoactive medications with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio based on acuity. Medical ICU – Bettendorf A 12-bed MICU caring for critically ill medical and ventilated patients. Nurses utilize advanced monitoring, balloon pumps, CRRT, and vasoactive medications, with most patients at a 1:2 ratio. Surgical ICU – Rock Island An 8-bed SICU caring for critically ill surgical patients, including open‑heart recovery, trauma, thoracic, vascular, and abdominal cases. Responsibilities Delivers high quality care utilizing the nursing process while demonstrating knowledge and clinical skills of the specialty required on assigned unit in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards of care. Consults appropriate resources within the hospital to provide specialized education. Demonstrates knowledge that patient and workplace safety is a priority by preventing errors, accidents and infections and reporting potential or actual concerns immediately. Promptly completes documentation to assure an accurate legal record of patient’s care. Continues professional development and involvement in professional activities that enhance nursing practice by sharing knowledge through networking and research. Qualifications Education: Diploma from an RN program. License(s)/Certification(s): Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state. Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state. Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
