Job Description

Full-Time | On-Site | Sports Cards & Collectibles

Pay: $22–$24 per hour (based on experience)

We’re hiring Shipping / Customer Service Warehouse Associates to help power one of the fastest-growing sports collectibles companies in the industry.

If you’re organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in getting orders out accurately and on time , this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with speed and accuracy
Prepare packages for USPS, UPS, and FedEx
Label, sort, and stage outgoing shipments
Assist with inbound shipments and inventory organization
Help handle customer service inquiries related to orders, shipping, and tracking
Work closely with sales and live-stream teams to support daily operations
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Strong attention to detail (accuracy matters here)
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
Able to lift packages (typically up to 40 lbs)
Basic computer skills (order systems, email, tracking)
Customer-first mindset — you care about doing things right

No prior warehouse experience required — we’ll train the right person.
