What You’ll DoConduct in-home presentations using our innovative iPad-based design system.
Build personalized bath designs with our easy-to-use software.
Provide accurate pricing and close sales consistently .
Participate in weekly sales training to sharpen your skills and stay ahead in the industry.
Represent Bath Pros with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ; you enjoy connecting with people.
Sales experience , especially in home improvement or remodeling, is a plus.
Reliable transportation and residency in the local area.
Confident in public speaking and delivering polished presentations.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, commission-based environment .
Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport easily .
Unlimited earning potential —this is a commission-based role (10% rate) where your performance directly drives your income.
