Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs, habits, and mental health histories to create individualized treatment plans. \n

- Monitor client progress towards health objectives through regular reviews and adjustments to treatment plans. \n

- Provide crisis intervention services for students experiencing acute distress, including coordinating with emergency services as necessary. \n
- Document all client interactions meticulously to maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, ensuring continuity of care. \n
- Stay current with the latest developments in mental health research, particularly as they relate to child and adolescent therapy. \n
This role specifically focuses on children and adolescents dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma-related disorders. You will be instrumental in assisting students navigate significant life transitions, such as adjusting to new schools, coping with family changes, or dealing with peer relationships. Your work will help reduce stigma surrounding mental health challenges and promote emotional literacy in the school environment.

- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program. \n
- A current and active state licensure to practice clinical social work. \n
