We are seeking someone who is goal oriented, self-motivated, and has demonstrated leadership and people development skills. The HVAC Installation Manager will oversee daily residential installs while managing the field and the office operations. The field includes Install Crews consisting of Supervisors, Leads, Seconds, and Apprentices. The office includes Admin and permit delivery specialist.About the Requirements/SkillsMandatory 10+ years within the HVAC Residential Industry Please do not apply without HVAC experience. Please do not apply if you only have commercial experience. 5+ years' experience in a management role within the industry Technical School diploma or certificate of completion Oversight of Permits and InspectionsKnowledge of HVAC equipment, tools and materials Extensive technical skills within the trade Customer/Client Interfacing Ability & willingness to work a flexible schedule as necessary to meet customer requirements Understanding of operational concepts including planning, scheduling, and logistics Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communications skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and ExcelAbout the ResponsibilitiesDirectly manages Installation team members. This includes but is not limited to include interviewing, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
