Operating across commercial shipping, defence, offshore energy, shipyards, ports, passenger vessels and the yacht and superyacht markets, the business is investing in additional sales resource to support its growth plans. We are seeking a Director of Marine Sales to lead national growth across commercial shipping, defense, offshore energy, shipyards, ports, passenger vessels, and the yacht and superyacht markets. Can you bring the commercial discipline and executive presence needed to lead the next stage of growth? You may have developed your experience in marine firefighting equipment, survival technology, life-saving appliances, fire suppression, safety systems, or related inspection and service solutions.In this senior leadership role, you will: • Define and execute the national sales strategy • Build and lead a high-performing sales team • Manage strategic, federal, and complex national accounts • Strengthen major customer and industry relationships • Identify new markets and revenue opportunities Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive sales experience, including five or more years leading successful teams. Experience with government or defense contracting would be advantageous.Location: Houston, TX is preferred and requires 40–60% travel, including occasional international travel.
