As a Supervisor of Valet Service at MGM National Harbor, you’ll be the driving force behind the ultimate first impression, high-energy service, and unforgettable guest arrivals. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Supervise daily valet and guest service operations to deliver exceptional arrival and departure experiences Lead, train, and develop valet team members to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient parking operations Manage staffing, scheduling, and real-time adjustments to match guest volume and avoid traffic congestion Lead energetic pre-shift meetings to align the team on service standards and daily goals Maintain safety standards by conducting periodic inspections of designated valet parking areas Own the guest experience by proactively resolving inquiries and service-related inconveniences with authority Ensure all team members are trained in safety protocol and able to operate all vehicles (including manual transmissions) Partner with security and management teams to report unusual events and maintain a secure environment Foster a culture of accountability, team collaboration, and premier hospitality on the front lines THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: At least 21 years of age 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a Supervisor in a customer service environment THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees) Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements. Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans.
