RDO Equipment Co. in Fresno belongs to our Vermeer division, focused on providing a variety of Vermeer products, parts and services to customers around the U.S. RDO's Vermeer division includes eight locations. Fresno is a crucial part of this network, which stretches from California to Minnesota. What You Will Do:

  • Increase market share and profitability for aftermarket products within your assigned territory.
  • Build strong industry relationships and maintain real-time awareness of market activity and opportunities.
  • Develop equipment packages, set pricing, pre-qualify customers, and prepare and present professional proposals.
  • Schedule and conduct product demos and technical presentations to showcase equipment capabilities.
  • Coordinate machine deliveries and provide onsite operation and maintenance training for customers.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term success with equipment.
  • Communicate with store leadership, sales teams, and manufacturing partners on product, technical, and commercial topics.
  • Identify additional parts, service, and sales opportunities and refer leads to appropriate teams.
  • Provide ongoing product training to customers and internal team members.

What You Will Need:

  • Ability to work autonomously while managing responsibilities and territory priorities.
  • Prior sales experience and/or training, preferably within equipment or a related industry.
  • Understanding of local market conditions and customer applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and influence decisions.
  • Solid computer skills and ability to utilize internal systems for tracking and reporting.
  • Dedication to safety, teamwork, and representing RDO Equipment Co. in a positive manner.
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
