Step into an impactful role supporting young learners as a Speech Language Pathologist in a dynamic and nurturing early learning environment. This full-time, on-site contract opportunity offers meaningful collaboration and the chance to make a difference for PreK students as part of a dedicated team. You’ll work alongside another experienced SLP, providing specialized speech-language services that help children develop essential communication skills. The assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and will run through the end of May 2027.

Qualifications and Desired Experience

• Valid Professional Speech-Language Pathology License required
• School-based experience is highly preferred, though passionate clinical SLPs are encouraged to apply
• Strong understanding of speech and language development in early childhood
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to PreK students
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders as part of an educational team
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in partnership with teachers and families
• Document progress and contribute to student IEPs
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, offering consultation and recommendations
• Collaborate with a fellow SLP to best serve the early learning population
• Maintain documentation in accordance with district and professional standards
