As a Physical Therapist, you will meet with 10-13 patients a day, assess their treatment needs and goals, and craft customized therapy plans. You will collaborate with doctors and other health team members to arrange follow-up care, educate patients on lifestyle changes, and provide a positive, affirming presence. New graduates are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Meet with patients from diverse backgrounds and compassionately discuss their health concerns and therapy needs. Conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each patient. Create a therapy plan specific to each patient to help them meet mobility goals. Work closely with each patient’s care team to provide adequate follow-up care. Maintain excellent records of patient therapy and progress. Qualifications Must hold the required state license for physical therapy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills. The ability to stay positive and compassionate over long periods with patients.
