Key Responsibilities: Personal Care Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers (including Hoyer or Sit to Stand use) Companionship Provide conversation, emotional support, and engage clients in activities Promote independence and dignity Home Support Light housekeeping, meal preparation, pet care Provide transportation using your own vehicle Specialized Care Services Support clients living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia Provide comfort-focused, compassionate care for clients receiving hospice services Additional Requirements Complete required state and company training Maintain professional, timely communication with clients, families, and office staff Perform other reasonable duties as assigned Each Home Instead franchise is independently owned and operated.
