What You’ll Do as a Team Lead: Lead, coordinate, and monitor the work of your shift team. Keep production and maintenance activities on schedule for quality, quantity, and timing. Ensure team members follow safety, quality, environmental, and operational standards. Set up and organize the shift for efficient production. Keep your team working together effectively and maintain strong team engagement. Monitor production output, productivity, safety, and quality. Ensure job orders have the proper labels. Complete end-of-shift documentation and provide a thorough handoff to the next shift. Stay active and engaged on the shop floor—this is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job! Skills and Experience What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate: 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience. Ability to lead a team and organize a shift for safe, efficient production. Strong communication, teamwork, employee engagement, and problem-solving skills. Ability to follow and enforce safety, quality, and production standards. Forklift operating experience is a plus. Ability to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and carry loads up to 30 lbs.
