Job Description We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will have Meditech experience and a strong background in medical-surgical nursing.

Responsibilities Provide patient care to a diverse population across all ages. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Assist with patient education and support.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of MedSurg nursing experience. Current RN license in Tennessee. BLS certification required.
