CHARGE NURSE, EVENING SHIFT

Charge Nurse For The Evening Shift
The Seminole County Sheriff's Office is now accepting applications for the position of Charge Nurse for the evening shift from 5:30 PM-6:00 AM. This position involves supervisory and highly specialized work providing professional nursing care to persons incarcerated in the John E. Polk Correctional Facility. Required document: Each applicant must complete a notarized background investigation waiver. Failure to submit this document will disqualify your application. Applications must be submitted before the closing date of May 26, 2026.
The work environment for this position is within the confines of the John E. Polk Correctional Facility. This position has direct contact with inmates. The position is assigned to a day or night shift with rotating days off.
