HR Systems Analyst

Working remotely, the full-time HR Systems Analyst will manage the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the organization's HRMS, ensuring data security and accuracy while handling system configurations, troubleshooting, and special projects. Key responsibilities Configure and maintain HRMS modules/functions, including Payroll, Time and Attendance, and Benefits Ensure optimal system performance and security, managing integrations and compliance audits Develop and deliver standard and ad hoc reports, translating business requirements into scalable system solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a closely related field Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRIS Systems Analyst with hands-on experience in HRMS configuration Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables Experience in system and process automation optimization and managing file feeds Strong project management and organizational skills with a focus on data accuracy and confidentiality
