Join our team as a Kitchen Designer, where your expertise and exceptional customer service will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Connect with customers using a consultative and attentive approach to understand their needs and preferences, guiding them through the process of realizing their dream kitchens and bathrooms. Sales Achievement: Establish new accounts by visiting customers, actively participating in the sales process, and achieving individual sales targets. This includes following up on open quotes to successfully close sales. Design Expertise: Utilize your 2020 Design or ProKitchen experience to engage kitchen customers, providing them with innovative designs, product options, and accurate quotes. Product Knowledge: Assist customers not only in kitchen-related matters but also in adjacent departments and special orders. Enhance overall customer satisfaction and contribute to increased natural stone and tile sales. Professionalism: Maintain a high level of energy and professional appearance, representing our commitment to quality and excellence. Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience in a sales-driven environment, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving targets. 1-2+ years of experience in 2020 Design or ProKitchen (REQUIRED). Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to accommodate customer needs. Excellent reading, communication, and math skills, with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Understanding of construction principles, ability to read blueprints and floor plans, contributing to accurate and effective design solutions. Excellent decision-making ability and problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer needs. Proactively acquire new customers through various methods, including cold calls and reactivating dormant accounts.
