Inside Sales Representative

POSITION OVERVIEW

Join our dynamic team as an Inside Salesperson, where you'll have the exciting opportunity to work closely with clients and deliver an exceptional customer experience! In this role, you will be the driving force behind generating sales across all our fantastic product lines. You'll engage with our valued existing customers while also reaching out to potential new clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person appointments, providing them with detailed insights on product specifications, services, pricing, and delivery and installation scheduling. You'll focus on collaborating with designers, remodelers, select builders, and retail customers, all while showcasing your expertise during showroom hours, including Saturdays. And guess what? We offer a comp day for your Saturday hours! Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding showroom experience that leaves clients delighted!
• Conduct engaging sales presentations of our exciting products and services to

customers

• Provide assistance to customers on the showroom floor with enthusiasm
• Be the friendly voice on the phone, assisting customers with their inquiries
• Respond to customer emails with prompt and helpful information
• Participate in training functions to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Maintain and keep your designated area of the showroom sparkling clean
• Collect deposits and balances before delivery, ensuring a smooth transaction
• Help manage inventory as required, keeping our products flowing
• Make follow-up phone calls to secure orders and build relationships
• Engage in after-hour events and sponsorships to promote our brand
• Resolve customer issues with a positive attitude and quick solutions
• Generate and develop new customer business accounts to boost revenue in a

profitable manner * Enter orders into our computer system, collaborating with production on order delivery and installation

• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships
• Assist in collections as necessary, maintaining professionalism

Competencies/Skills/Abilities * 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience within the construction industry product sales

• Self-motivated and driven to close sales with enthusiasm
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, both inside and outside of the

Company

• Computer literate with a solid working knowledge of MS Office
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record

New York Pay Transparency

$55,000—$70,000 USD
