Production Technician Night Shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the factory operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pay Range: $21.19/hr

Shift: B shift (6 pm - 6 am, 2-2-3 rotating schedule)

What's the Job?

• Unpackage raw materials, ensure proper staging, and verify material codes and expiration status
• Perform daily maintenance on machinery, including cleaning and troubleshooting
• Respond promptly to machine alarms and line stoppages, resolving minor issues independently
• Escalate major machine issues to the line lead and equipment team for swift resolution

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience on an automated production line as a machine operator or similar role
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work safely and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
