Formulates air movement schedules to meet organizational requirements for the strategic deployment of personnel and cargo.

Executes specialized air transportation and aerial delivery operations to ensure the secure movement of resources and personnel.

Validates special airlift mission requirements to coordinate transportation operations with national logistics providers.

Directs the development of transportation operating procedures to ensure organizational compliance with federal directives.

Develops detailed operational movement plans to support personnel deployment and redeployment for contingency missions.

Evaluates annual program requirements and high-cost expenditures to negotiate and update inter-organizational support agreements.

Analyzes transportation regulations and complex logistics issues to determine system adequacy and operational supportability.

Identifies potential logistics shortfalls and mission impacts to provide leadership with recommendations that preserve capabilities.

Performs on-site transportation program reviews to provide technical assistance on existing problems and upcoming requirements.

Establishes organizational transportation policies to make technical decisions and resolve complex operational challenges.

Prepares staff action papers and technical briefings to provide leadership with critical operational and logistics data.

Guides divisional staff on standard operating procedures to resolve unusual problems and deliver targeted employee training.
