Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sugar Land, TX, for a Commercial Property Accountant. The Property Accountant will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial statements, CAM reconciliations, processing journal entries, reviewing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Day-to-day tasks include performing account reconciliations, overseeing general ledger activities, generating financial reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial documentation. Qualifications Commercial Yardi Voyager experience required. Yardi implementation a plus Setting up charge codes and chart of accounts. CAM Reconciliation billing and true-up experience required. Retail national tenant reconciliation billing is a plus. Proficiency in creating and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Experience with Accounting processes, general financial management, and adherence to financial guidelines Skilled in preparing and reconciling Journal Entries related to accounting transactions Expertise in Finance with strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all accounting tasks Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Previous experience in real estate or property accounting is a plus Work hours 8:30 am-5:00 pm in office Monday-Friday. #J-18808-Ljbffr
