About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director of Managed Services to spearhead the global implementation of its managed services division. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and managing a support team that can provide services in every time zone and major language. This role is pivotal to the company's expansion plans, and the ideal candidate will have a background as a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics professional, with a strong preference for those with Practice Lead/Practice Management experience and a functional architect background. As the Director of Managed Services, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead a brand new division with a focus on future growth and potential. The role is remote and at a Director level, offering a unique chance for the right individual to make a significant impact. Responsibilities will include not only the strategic and operational management of the division but also the development of service offerings, client engagement, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality support to clients around the globe. Experience in managed services is a definite plus, and the company is particularly interested in candidates with a background in Microsoft Dynamics (AX/D365 F&O) and a proven track record in the industry.
