DFX Engineer: SoC Test & Manufacturability Expert

Momento USA LLC is seeking a DFT/DFX Engineer to design, implement, verify, and validate advanced testability solutions for complex SoCs and ASICs in the Bay Area. You will collaborate with Architecture, Design, Verification, Physical Design, and Post-Silicon teams to ensure manufacturability, testability, and silicon quality. Responsibilities include creating DFX test plans, verifying at IP/SoC levels, building SystemVerilog/UVM environments, and driving automated DFX flows.
