Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it! Job Description Our part‑time Brand Ambassador is responsible for engaging with customers, providing product education, promoting the AEO loyalty program, and ensuring a positive in‑store experience while flexing between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom. Responsibilities You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. (We’ll train you on the AEO Selling Model.) You are passionate about AE & Aerie products, educate guests on product details, and suggest fitting products to their needs. You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels. You can flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. You act as an innovative problem solver, proactively resolving guest concerns while adhering to company policy. You are a team player, always willing to help your team get the job done. You demonstrate integrity by doing the right thing and adhering to AEO’s policies & procedures. Ideal Candidate You love interacting with people. You have plenty of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available during evenings, weekends, and holidays. You love AE and Aerie products. Pay & Benefits Actual starting pay is determined by various factors including relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide real rewards at its discretion. Paid time off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, job location, employment classification (part‑time or full‑time / exempt or non‑exempt), and years of service.
