Your relationship with the guests will reflect on the entire team and is the primary impression of Rodizio Grill.

- Embrace & Become an Ambassador of Brazil and Rodizio's Authentic Brazilian Dining, Answer Guest Questions, Learn Portuguese Descriptions.
- Recognize Guest needs without having to ask, taking care of guests special requests.
- Assist on grills when needed.
- Everybody Says Teamwork - Our Concept is completely based on it.
- Efficiently perform opening and closing side work.
