Enterprise Account Manager

Build lasting customer relationships, work from home, and join a team with room to grow. Our client is seeking an Account Manager to support major restaurant, hospitality, and foodservice customers using its software and hardware solutions. This role focuses on managing and growing existing customer accounts , helping customers simplify food safety and daily operations while identifying opportunities to expand their use of the technology. The opening follows the promotion of an Account Manager hired earlier this year. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary contact for strategic customer accounts. Build relationships with customer stakeholders and decision-makers. Manage renewals, retention, and account growth. Conduct account reviews and help customers get more value from their solutions. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Support to resolve issues. Support customers as they add locations, users, or solutions. What You’ll Bring Account management or customer success experience, ideally supporting SaaS, software, POS, or technology customers. Strong relationship-building and customer-retention skills. Experience managing renewals and contract discussions. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Restaurant, hospitality, or foodservice technology experience is preferred. Why Consider This Role? Work remotely from your home office.
