Position Summary We are hiring multiple housekeepers and porters to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of high‑end residential communities. The ideal candidates will be detail‑oriented, reliable, and take pride in maintaining a pristine environment for residents and guests. Key Responsibilities Housekeepers Clean and sanitize common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces Remove trash and recycling in accordance with building procedures Restock supplies in restrooms and cleaning stations Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly Follow all safety and sanitation policies Porters Maintain cleanliness of entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and outdoor spaces Assist with garbage collection and disposal Help with minor maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, etc.) Monitor and restock janitorial supplies Set up or break down furniture for events, as needed Ensure building cleanliness standards are upheld at all times Qualifications Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or porter experience preferred Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and a strong work ethic required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, walking) for extended periods Must be punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and behavior Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required Location Hiring immediately for properties in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and Delray Beach, Florida. #J-18808-Ljbffr
