Pay: USD $22.00/hr. Overview The Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator will support the branch through administration, employee recruitment, screening, hiring, record‑keeping, and compliance. What we’re looking for Self‑motivated and capable of full‑cycle recruitment and assisting applicants and new hires throughout the process. People‑person with strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Tech‑savvy with strong work ethic and attention to detail. Thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑task environment and is a team player. Responsibilities Conduct full‑cycle recruitment: job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding. Represent the local branch at job fairs, on‑site hiring events, and build partnerships within the local community. Implement and adhere to company policies and comply with state and federal laws to ensure HR compliance. Enhance the candidate experience throughout the process and adhere to service‑level agreements (SLAs). Employ best practices in recruitment strategies and diversify candidate outreach on social media and job platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Handshake, Indeed, MyCNAjobs, etc.). Collaborate with regional talent acquisition and HR teams on ongoing staffing needs and maintain up‑to‑date employment records. Utilize the applicant tracking system (iCIMS) and complete data entry within payroll and schedule‑tracking systems. Coordinate required trainings, confirm certification requirements, and conduct periodic audits of employee files. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; college courses completed or a two‑ or four‑year degree preferred. Minimum of one year of office administration, recruiting, and/or human resources experience. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software. Experience with an applicant tracking system or data entry software is a plus. Effective verbal and written communication. Capable of working responsibly with confidential information. Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgement. Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check. Compassion for others. Benefits Great company culture.
