Responsibilities Project Collaboration : Collaborate closely with Project Managers, drafting, reviewing, and finalizing preliminary and final site plans and construction documents. Data Analysis : Analyze survey data, legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents to support project decisions. Mentorship : Guide and assist junior staff, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of project tasks. Technical Reporting : Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations on hydrology, hydraulics, schedules, and storm sewer studies. Construction Support : Provide construction-related services including permit applications and quantity estimates. Software Proficiency : Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to deliver assignments on time and within budget. Career Development : Build Project Manager skills through training and mentoring, with potential to advance to a Project Manager role.
