Remote Bilingual CX Specialist — Spanish/English

TandemSourcing LLC is seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist for a remote Mexico-based role supporting a US mortgage team. You will respond quickly to new inquiries, engage buyers in Spanish and English, and guide leads from initial contact through to loan application.

You will use CRM and communications tools daily, coordinate with Loan Officers, and help optimize intake and nurturing processes.
