Ammunition And Explosives Handling And Transportation

Plan quarterly, monthly and weekly work schedules and sequences of operations for subordinates.

Oversee planning for the draw, issue, delivery and turn in of ammunition and explosives to support the schedules.

Assign, direct and manage the work of civilian personnel executing ammunition and explosives handling and transportation operations.

Explain work requirements, methods and procedures.

Develop performance standards, counsel employees on performance, and makes formal and informal performance appraisals.

Identify employee's training needs and coordinates to accomplish the necessary training.
